Terra LAB, a leading laboratory specializing in metal and mineral testing, is seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as an Operational Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring efficient and effective workflow and resource utilization.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes, improve productivity, and meet business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, including expansion initiatives and technology investments.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a laboratory or scientific environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
- Certification in operations management or related field is a plus.
