Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Foster a positive work environment conducive to employee growth and satisfaction
Experience Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
- Experience working with consultancy firms is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful HR management, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
