Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  • Foster a positive work environment conducive to employee growth and satisfaction

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR 
  • Experience working with consultancy firms is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful HR management, preferably in a consultancy environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
