General Position Summary

The Boston Day Spa is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries and bookings, and promoting our spa services and packages.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from potential and existing clients professionally and courteously.
  • Gather caller information and understand their needs and preferences for spa services.
  • Provide accurate information about our spa services, packages, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently through our online booking system or verbally.
  • Process payments securely and accurately.
  • Upsell and promote new spa services and packages.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
  • Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Required number: one

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to learn and utilize new spa software quickly.
