Responsibilities;
✅ Meet with clients to discuss their home purchase and sale needs
✅ Take clients to home showings and open houses
✅ Follow up with clients on their real estate needs and stay in regular contact with them
✅ Act in a manner consistent with the company’s high image, reputation and reliability
✅ Use his/her best efforts to seek buyers for the apartment units, promote sales of the apartment units in a diligent and aggressive manner, and forward all customers and relevant information to the Company
✅ Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress
Metropolitan Real Estate is looking for “Sales Consultants” who are passionate about sales and committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration or in a related field
✅ 2+ years sales experience; preferably 1+ years of Real Estate Sales experiences
✅ A people-oriented, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
✅ Excellent negotiation skills
✅ Passion for real estate and helping people achieve their property goals
✅ Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
