Roles and Responsibility

  • Organizing Files, incoming letters, Financial Receipts
  • Assist General /Vice Manager in day-to-day activities by writing Emails, letters and Preparing Performa Invoice
  • Collect payments from clients and deliver receipts
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and manage database entry and client files
  • Assist with bookkeeping, presentations, reports, emails and letters
  • Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly
  • Organize and distribute messages to the appropriate team members

Qualification/Requirements

  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Knowledge of MS Word & MS Office
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • at least 2 years of experience 
  • Applicants must be excellent in English, Amharic and Oromic language in writing, reading and listening
