    Main duties and responsibilities

Under the general direction and guidance of the Deputy General Manager/DGM/ Operation, Plans, organizes, implements and controls the Product/Service activities in line with the company objectives. Develop the strategic and operational plan of the Product/Service activities in co-ordination with other relevant Directorates, and Services of the company. Prepare Training Modules, trainer’s selection requirements, trainees acceptance requirements and memorandum of agreement and submit to the Deputy Executive Officer – operation for approval and implement it upon approval.  Ensure that trainees are properly trained as per the training schedule. Revise training material such as power point, work books, course outline and others periodically. Ensure that trainings given meet the company’s standard.

 Specific duties & responsibilities

–   Plans, organizes, implements and controls the Product/Service activities in line with the company objectives.

–      Prepare Training Modules, trainer’s selection requirements, trainees acceptance requirements and memorandum of agreement and submit to the Deputy Executive Officer – operation for approval and implement it upon approval.

–       Design strategy to execute convenient coaching strategy for the e-learners and get approval from Deputy General Manager/DGM/-Operation establishes trainer’s performance standard and ensure physical inspection activities are implemented as per the standard.

–      Ensure that trainees are properly trained as per the training schedule.

–      Revise training material such as power point, work books, course outline and others periodically.

–      Ensure that trainings given meet the company’s standard. Undertake capacity building for recruited permanent trainers periodically.

–    Prepare training schedule in cooperation with Branches and sent it to branches for implementation.

–      Undertake capacity building for recruited permanent trainers periodically.

–          Prepare detailed performance report on major product/service activities performance every month, quarter, and annually.

–     Coach, mentor and evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the unit and make sure that they acquire the necessary skills.

– Performs related duties as may be required

Qualification Requirement

Education

 MA/BA in Business Management/Personnel Management or other related fields

Work Experience

             10/12 Years Related Experience
