Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. The COO will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the seamless execution of projects and business strategies.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee organization’s ongoing operations and procedures, designing and implementing business operations, establishing policies, maintain control of diverse business operations that promote company culture and vision.
Responsibility
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and regularly reviewing operation to ensure that required standards and recommended changes where necessary.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Developing and controlling all Operational budgets to ensure that company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within approved financial parameters and maintain the financial strength.
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, and Finance etc) and Making any necessary changes to meet business Goals and Projection.
- Empowering the operational team with leadership and resource they need to successfully complete operations initiatives.
- Lead Manager & employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Coordinating the human resource to ensure proper recruitment and retention policy process.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Liaising between the organization and clients, for quality assurance purposes.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Assist CEO in allocate resource for venture
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Reporting to: CEO
Career Level: High Level (8 – 10 Years’ of experience)
Qualifications for COO
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the merchandise and manufacturing industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of innovation.
- Track record of successfully executing strategic plans and achieving business growth.
