Job Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Officer provides general human Resource support for the HR department. She/He will be responsible for managing Onboarding, Shortlisting of candidates, assist on Performance reviews, facilitate trainings and assist on compensation and benefit.
Responsibilities:

Develops and maintain periodic human resources reports for management, utilizing standard HR-related metrics;

Own and drive recruitment, on boarding and talent management

Assist the hiring managers to prepare Job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, shortlist and schedule interviews.

Source and search potential candidates for open positions

Ensure that each employee has completed all pension formalities and has obtained a pension ID card.

Maintain Employee Database, Personnel files and all HR files
-
Assist in writing personnel letters as required (Offer letter, transfer, Promotion, increment, and etc.)

Prepare monthly payroll and maintain payroll related documents and make sure confidential information are kept properly;

Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns;

Maintain employee records ( leave, medical etc.) and assist on any employee related matters;

Manage bi-annual and annual performance review process with Managers and staff;

Work closely with managers and assist on KPI setting and performance Management process;

Assist and facilitate training programs;

Assist the management of disciplinary and grievance issue

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent in Amharic and English.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to evolving challenges.
Required Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related fields
Experience:
-
At least 3-5 years hands on human resources management experience
