Job Description
The Manager Data Center Admin Division is responsible for managing and maintaining the data center infrastructure, environment, and operations. He/she will lead a team of data center technicians and engineers who support and operate the data center’s power, cooling, security, and preventative and corrective maintenance. He/she will also ensure that the data center meets the standards, best practices, and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, ISO/IEC 22237-1:2021, or Uptime Institute. He/she will also work with other divisions and departments to coordinate and align Ethswitch’s goals and objectives with the overall IT strategy and vision.
will be responsible for leading and managing a team of data center administrators who maintain and operate the data center infrastructure, and environment, and will ensure that the data center delivers high-quality and efficient service and that data center issues and incidents are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
• critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve data center issues and incidents in a timely and effective manner. Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment are required.
• A certification or credential in data center management, administration, or engineering, such as the CDCMP, CDCS, CDCP, or CDCE, is preferred
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
- 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior professional positions

Ethical competence and certifications are advantage
