Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plans, coordinates, and controls crop production of various fruits, vegetables, coffee and other crops.
- Ensures the adequate availability of Daily laborers, machineries, farm tools, fuel & other necessary logistics for the whole farm operation.
- Ensures all machineries, and tools are properly handled and effectively and economically used and requests & follows-up the timely maintenance of them before the onset of the production season & when required.
- Communicates & works closely as a team with other Agronomists and irrigations technicians and crop protection team towards quality productivity.
- Manages various tasks & projects as they arise and upon Manager’s request.
Employment Type: Full time with 90 days trial time
Location: At Farm site Dawuro/Gofa Zones
Educational requirement:
- bachelor’s degree and above in Agronomy, plant science, horticulture etc
Level:
- medium, 2-5 years of related experience
Skills required:
- Understanding of organizational products privacy standard.
- Practical knowledge of horticultural production and seedling development
