Invitation to Bid for Consultancy Service CAPACITY ASSESSMENT AND REVIEW OF STRUCTURE, SALARY AND BENEFIT PACKAGES – VisionFund Micro-Finance Institution S.C

VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) previously known as Wisdom Microfinance is an Institution established to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund MFI brings its wealth of experience of being in the industry for more than two decades to design different loan and saving products that address the needs of the rural and urban low-income families. Currently, we are operating in more than 80 branches in all regions of Ethiopia.

Vision Fund Micro Finance Institution S.C wishes to hire a professional consultant to conduct overall organizational assessment, review of structure, salary and benefit packages as per the requirement indicated in the bid document.

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be collected by interested bidders from the stated address.

2. Bidders have to submit their documents in two Sealed Envelopes ONE ORIGINAL and ONE COPY to the address below on or before February 13, 2023 at 4:00PM and must be accompanied by Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr) security bid bond. The bid security bond shall be in the form of Cashiers Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee valid at least for 90 days, enclosed in a separate envelope and presented inside the Original technical bid document envelope. The bid language shall be in English.

3. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on February 14, 2023 at 10:30 AM, morning at Vision Fund Microfinance Head Office 4th floor meeting room.

4. The bidder must accompany the bid document with the copy of its Certificate of Registration from relevant Authority, Renewed and valid Trade License, TIN Registration Certificate, and VAT registration, and other relevant document pertinent to the bid.

6. All bidders should adhere to the rules and regulations stated in the bid documents, otherwise would not be considered for evaluation.

7. The Winner shall present a 10% performance bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from nationally recognized Bank in ETB.

8. Vision Fund Micro Finance Institution S.C reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
