The company is engaged in real estate marketing and sales agency and consultancy, asset valuation, property management, investment and business consultancy, travel agency and tour operation and import business. Champion Properties is looking for qualified applicants on sales Supervisor Position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieving property sales goals within set deadlines;
- Promote and sell the services of our company in an ethical manner;
- Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares;
- Actively participate in team tasks given by the immediate boss and achieve goals;
- Develop new sales strategies and plan and conduct daily, weekly and monthly site visits;
- Draw up long-term and short-term sales plans for projects that need urgent and attention, examine and evaluate the sales and report the results;
- Act according to the action plan and achieve the action plan;
- Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships;
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability and report to immediate superior if beyond capacity;
- Identifying customer behavior, researching, analyzing competitor product offerings and services, and highlighting and displaying apartment or commercial store conditions that may be suitable for customer preferences;
- Providing necessary follow-up and support to customers who have bought a house in the post-sale relationship.
Education & Experience
- BA Degree or above in Marketing Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
- 2 or more years experience in real estate sales & out of which 6 month.

- Focused on customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and experience
