Job summary
Under the supervision of the Manager and concerned staffs, the role will be responsible for the overall handling different governmental private company tasks, purchase order processes and so on. The person must ensure that all tasks must be done on timely manners.
- Communicates and coordinates activities among government and private organizations.
- Good knowledge and understanding of governmental rule and regulation such as Revenue & customs), etc.
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively with others to achieve results, and able to work independently as required.
- Ensuring tracking and reporting of all activities through the daily updating and sharing this with concerned staffs on regular biweekly bases as needed.
- Ability to manage work to meet deadlines.
- Ensures company work provided as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Documents must be handled safely and confidentially.
- Ability work under pressure
- Other duties which are assigned by manger and concerned staffs.
Required education and experiences
- Ba degree in Business Administration, management and related filled
- 2-4 years of experience
Personal skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive professional attitude
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language
- Driving license /optional
- Skills in MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
