· Identifies goals and objectives of region marketing and programming and develops integrated sports marketing strategies to support objectives
· Develop marketing strategies/tactics for company & drive qualified traffic to achieve targets
· Deploy successful marketing campaigns & implement from ideation to execution
· Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
· Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
· Prepare, monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly, annual basis & allocate funds wisely
· Oversee and approve marketing approaches, from website banners to hard copy
· Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight & assess against goals
· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
· Build and leverage strong working relationships with key stakeholders and teams, Merchant and new clients
· Manages development of annual and quarterly marketing plans like, advertising, digital marketing, community relations, special events, sponsorships, physician relations, philanthropy and customer service
· Works with marketing leadership team to develop strategic vision and oversee execution of sports/community marketing campaigns that meets established branding, preference and volume goals
· Identifies and analyzes proposals from potential markets prospects across each region
· Proactively makes recommendations and brings innovative solutions to the development of appropriate marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand equity
· Manages market research projects and actively monitors fandom
· Develop innovations that leverage emerging technologies to engage audiences in new ways and offer advertisers first-to-market platforms in today’s dynamic digital environment
· Create and develop data and research to help brands determine the value and ROI related to social and digital marketing campaigns
· Partner with Account Management to engage with partners to set and facilitate compliance expectations and enhancements, to ensure excellence and optimal results
· Monitor and analyze department’s performance metrics and dashboards, identifying trends, wins, and issue areas
· Partner with Recruitment Services to develop projections and plans for annual and quarterly enrollment
· Work with Recruitment Services on their enrollment progress and ensure targets are met/exceeded though a combination of Marketing and Recruitment Services activities
· Partner with key Recruitment Services representatives to enhance departmental and organizational performance
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned to and supportive of the strategic goals of the institutional sales channel
· Develop sales tools and enablement resources that support engagement with market constituents at every stage in the buying cycle, accelerate the sales cycle, and maximize revenue potential
· Collaborate with other marketing, sales, product line, and efficacy partners to ensure strategic, informed market engagement across communication channels
· Track and report on the impact and effectiveness of marketing activity
· Drive outreach to new potential partners creating packages to pitch existing accounts
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential promotional partners, becoming familiar with partners’ business and marketing opportunities
· Create and deliver best in class product and partnership presentations to target partners
· Negotiate terms for marketing partnerships, taking into account media exposure, creative execution, impressions, and potential fees
· Work with product marketing, consumer marketing, and development teams to create innovative and groundbreaking partnership promotions
· Evangelize partnership programs internally to all key stakeholders at the company
· Work with cross functional teams including integrated marketing, legal, sales, international, and development as they relate to the partnership programs
· Facilitate partner communications across stakeholders and internal departments to identify incremental opportunities for partners
· Perform project management duties working with partner managers, internal product teams and external partners
· Must have experience and hands-on working knowledge of marketing and branding with a focus and understanding of how branding is impacted through marketing and community partnerships
· Ability to manage a budget effectively, create and implement business analysis and community strategic partnership
· Together with all stakeholders and the rest of the team evaluate every partnership and event to provide a case study that details a post campaign analysis to include an overview of the activity, media value
· Extensive experience in brand/media partnership marketing – with a particular emphasis on developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns
· Strong media planning and/or buying experience – able to thoroughly understand the dynamics of the media landscape and be able to envision and communicate partnership ideas to Marketing as they come to life
· Managing of the digital assets (web-site/Facebook/Twitter) that are critical components in the publicity side of the programs
· Skilled in practical marketing, marketing plans & Sales
· Computer skills like Photoshop, PowerPoint, Illustrator and basic video editing
· Standing relationships and experience working with various industry associations
