  • Approve demand creation strategies and new product service offerings to improve revenue and meet market demands.
  • Approve reports and regulatory restrictions on new business ventures.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the digital and printed promotion activities.
  • Plan, direct and coordinate marketing researches and propose the alternative approach.
  • Direct approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling of new business ventures.
  • Drive corporate governance measures.
  • Drive new technologies to improve business portfolio and processes.
  • Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders to adapt current portfolios to new business opportunities.
  • Drive product research to understand future impacts on product offerings and production.
  • Establish marketing strategies to ensure overall Department and
  • good working relationships with buyers and sellers to assess market demand and provide new offerings.

  • Guide marketing research reports on potential revenue streams and business threats.
  • Lead marketing intelligence frameworks to improve data analytics and market assessments.
  • Lead discussions on trading research with organization’s trading departments.
  • Identify new and emerging markets and lead on the development and implementation of a marketing plan.
  • Assess and analyses the potential to grow and adapt existing services and products

    • To adhere to confidentiality clause and uphold the Shabelle code of conduct 
    • To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected.
    • To provide a healthy and comfortable working environment, smoking is prohibited.  

    • BSc/BA in business administration, Marketing sales or relevant field
    • Minimum of 4 years of business or marketing management experience
    • A track record of achievement on marketing, promotion and income generation
    • Proven working experience as a marketing sector.
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Proficiency in English
    • Market knowledge
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    •  Ability to build rapport
    • Time management and planning skills.
