Major responsibilities
The Human Capital Division Manager is mainly responsible for the development of strategic plan, HRM policy and procedure manual, attraction and acquisition of the right quality and quantity of employees, organizing, and controlling the activities entrusted to the division. Consult other divisions on the implementation of the HRM policy and procedure manuals.
Detail responsibilities of the job include:
- Plan, organize, Direct and coordinate all the HRM activities of the PLC,
- Initiate the groundwork or update HRM policy and procedure manual and monitor the implementation of the same upon approval,
- Oversee the professional guidance, coaching given to the staffs of the PLC employees and orientations are performed as per the policies and procedures,
- Ascertain the development of manpower plan prepared whether it is based on the approved strategic planning and implemented accordingly,
- Insure the selection or acquisition of the right quality and quantity of human resource is placed at the right time,
- Certify that all the activities are executed according to the approved HRD policy and procedure manual,
- In consultation with the Shemu Management Consultant approve the firing and hiring of employees of the PLC,
- Work for smooth communication and relationship among the staffs of the PLC,
- Supervise the management and employee orientation program is given according to the policy and procedural manual,
- Oversee the employees and management benefits and reward are done uniformly as stated in the policy and procedure manual.
- Ascertain the development of management and employee training programs are up to level and requirements put,
- Monitor and coordinate the measurement of employee performance of the Human resource of the PLC,
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:

MA Degree in Management/Human resource Management/ or any other related discipline or BA Degree in Management/Human resource Management/or any other related discipline.
Experience:
-
6 years’ relevant experience for MA Degree or 8 years’ relevant experience for BA Degree and at least two years in Supervisor position.
Knowledge of:
- Extensive knowledge of the theories, principles & practices of vehicle maintenance Human Resource Management,
- Excellent Computer Skill,
- Strong written and verbal Communication Skill,
- Proven Problem solving ability,
- Work with under pressure situation,
- Experience in supervisory role
