The Finance Manager manages all the activities of accounting and finance in the company. He/she will be responsible for working with other department heads and international business partners. The Finance Manager reports to the GM of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Accounting and Finance
· Managing the financial and accounting operations of the company and its subsidiaries according to financial regulations and legislation.
· Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
· Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounts across the company.
· Responsible for the opening and maintenance of bank accounts.
· Responsible for data entry, posting, maintenance, and reconciliation for different accounts in the accounting system.
· Ensuring accounting practices and financial reporting complies with accounting standards and government regulations.
· Performing annual closing timely
2. Reporting
· Preparing, analyzing, and distributing monthly and annual financial statements with interpretation as per the request of senior management bodies on time.
· Declaring all tax requirements as needed.
· Coordinating the yearly operational & compliance auditing process.
3. Budgeting and Financial Controlling:
· Monitor monthly financial plans and budgets variances, update the management team accordingly.
· Manage and monitor petty cash and bank balances in the head office and the projects and forecast the future
· developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers, and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
4. Perform other activities & related responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor
5. Supervising staff who have financial and accounting responsibilities across the company.
Educational Background
· BA degree in Accounting & Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/
Work Experiences
· Minimum 10 years of overall experience in finance and a minimum of five years at a managerial position in finance.
· Experience in working with computerized accounting systems preferably in Odoo
· Experience in Trading Business, Inventory management, and annual accounts closing and auditing.
· Excellent Computer literacy (Windows, Word, Excel, Email, etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diversified people

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, accounting software, etc.
Skills and Special Requirements:
• Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Fluent spoken and written English required
• Strong written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, internal to external
