Informs clients on the services available at the clinic;   Gives appointments and dates of specific services  Registers clients and collects necessary fee for services; Keeps clients’ records and registry cards in orderly and retrievable order; 

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :

1.       Informs clients on the services available at the clinic;

2.         Gives appointments and dates of specific services  

3.       Registers clients and collects necessary fee for services;

4.       Keeps clients’ records and registry cards in orderly and retrievable order;

5.       Make all cash/check collections against issuance of the official cash receipt voucher, and deposit same at the pertinent bank accounts.

6.       Follow up and ensure that payments are prepared and effected timely in regard of periodic and monthly obligations such as payroll income tax remittances, office rent, utility fees, other withholdings, etc.

7.       Issue materials and supplies to use according to the organization’s property managements policies and procedures.

8.       Compiles service statistics and contraceptive utilization;

9.       Prepares reports on service activities as per the Association’s rules and regulations;

10.   Assists in the IEC and health education of clients at the clinic;

11.   Performs other similar functions as required.

Collegue Dip Accounting or Finance , ICT and related studies 

3 years  after graduation in collegue diploma , shall posses  an extensive experience in NGO in same or Similar posision 

Knowledge of basic computer skill & cash handling & documentation is required; Computer skill in relevant software is desired.

As per FGAE salary scale
