Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements .
- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Front Office Operations
Experience
- Must have at least 2 years of hotel experience in a similar role
