We work to create the society where every elder, mentally ill, survivors of gender based violence (GBV) and victims of human trafficking live free from suffering. We are dedicated to avail care for vulnerable Ethiopian elders, mentally ill people, GBVsurvivors and victims of human trafficking. We provide a comprehensive residential rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration services to ensure a decent and dignified elder hood, youth hood and childhood to marginalized and traumatized people in Ethiopia.

Qualification Requirement
- BSC degree or level IV in Hotel Management and related fields,
- A Minimum of two (2) years experiences for BSC degree and 3 years experiences for Level IV,
- Have a certificate in teaching method,
- Have a certificate of COC,
- Have a good spirit of working in a team,
- Have a good professional conduct and free of any addiction
- Be committed to achieve the goal of the organization
