GSM, CDMA, Fixed Network, in order to provide better services to Ethiopia Telecom and contribute more to the success of GTP. Responsibility Description*
• Huawei Radio Network Planning(2G/3G/4G) and Cell Level Parameter Design
• Huawei 2/3/4G Network Performance Problems Monitoring & Reporting & Troubleshooting & Analyzing & Resolving
• Huawei 2/3/4G network Performance Optimization and Improvement
• Complain Handling and RF Parameter Optimization (OSS and field)
• Feature deployment for optimal network performance.
Professional Knowledge *
• Deep Knowledge of Radio Network Planning in GSM, UMTS, LTE
• Be proficient in using Huawei planning tools and network optimization tools, such as U-NET, PRS, Assistant
• Good Experience of RF Network Problem Troubleshooting, Analyze and Solve Problems
• Skilled in network Parameter Optimization and Feature Deployment
Business Skills *
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting abilities whenever issue arises during the data collection drive
• Operated wireless network data collection equipment by drive testing defined routes.
• Resolved minor computer problems with navigation and data collection software.
Education and Major requirements
BSc degree in telecom/ Computer Engineering.
Project Experience
Experience with Huawei telecom Projects ( Swap , New Sites , VIP complaints , Cluster Test )
Language Skill
English
