The Job
The Programme Lead coordinates and oversees the implementation of the donor-funded projects assigned to them, making sure we implement effectively, meet results, comply with requirements and optimize communication and reporting to our donors. You’ll also be responsible for:
- Overseeing the operational execution of the projects assigned to you, to ensure implementation aligns with donor requirements, and meets the goals and objectives on time and in full.
- Monitoring grants to ensure that we comply with donor regulations and that all relevant documentation is in place and periodically reviewed.
- Assisting in proposal development/writing as needed.
- Maintain relationships with donors and partners involved in the projects in your area.
- Identifying compliance risks in your portfolio and advise and support others in the organization when actions need to be taken.
- Training of stakeholders in the particulars of your projects.

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The monthly salary bracket for this position in Ethiopia is €1.673 – €2.510 plus benefits and allowances. About You
You’re a confident individual, with great interpersonal skills, enjoy working across multiple teams, and you have an ability to bring people together, and represent Triggeriese in front of Donors and at public events.
- You have previous experience in a Programme Lead or relevant position.
- You have experience with, and understand how best to maintain relationships with donors and partners for projects within your area.
- You have high-quality English report writing, research, documentation and presentation skills.
- You are thorough and organised.
