We are looking for a full time Supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts, ensuring that the team are available and completing their jobs as scheduled. This Candidate will enforce all policies and procedures and process flows. They will complete detailed control checks on all aspects of the back office and operations on a daily basis and be responsible for the same. Reporting to Management twice a day all findings and concerns. This candidate will be expected to improve on the procedures where necessary, document all changes and communicate to team where applicable. This Candidate needs to be able to work efficiently on their own and create their own targets. They will be representing the company to many partners and merchants and will be responsible for making sure that all this is completed in a professional manner. Being the third point of contact for any escalations and conducting audits on back office operations activities and ensuring adherence to written processes and procedures. This candidate will represent FloCash to all external partners and merchants during deployment phases.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Teams ensuring that all teams are completing their work and duties that they are responsible for by doing daily control
Daily recon that all payments received every day are processed in admin and appear in the Trans log. Team availability and cover handling all leave requests, making sure there is suitable cover at all times and documenting the same.
Testing team on their abilities testing the team’s capabilities once a month and scheduling for any rthe sameining that is necessary and re-testing.
FAQ docs making sure that all FAQ documents are updated when necessary and that all information that is entered is correct. Using this document to improve the service.
Process Flows –understanding all process flows, creating detailed document on same.
Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
Partner Accounts keeping all accounts accessible at all times; understanding all credits and debits for all accounts, and making sure that all are secure at all times.
Providing reports and activity updates to management
Skype Windows Managing the various ops-related Skype windows, making sure that all issues are noted and resolved.
Operations Development responsible for the ongoing review of the operations and service and constantly looking for new ways to improve and change the structure where necessary.
Resolving issues – having in-depth knowledge of the entire operations and service systems so that any issues or failures escalated may be resolved quickly and correctly. All final decisions will be with the back office and operations manager.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field
– Experience 2 Years and above
– Knowledge of Microsoft office (word/excel).
– Previous leadership experience.
– Management skills and Time management
– Experience of online payments
– Ability to work on their own (Self-Starter)
– Excellent communication skills.
– Document process flow experience.
– Process Design and development experience.
– Knowledge of Payments industry
– Problem-solving abilities
– Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
– Ability to work as part of a team.
– Professional appearance and attitude
