Koisha Tour and car rental (The Former Bluefin trading plc) is a private limited company (P.L.C) Established in August 2009 primarily to give car rental and tour and travel services. The Company is registered in Addis Ababa city administration. In its five-year experience koisha tour & car rent (the former Blufin Trading plc) has built a proven track record in effectively delivering Assignments in All regions of Ethiopia.
Task and Duties
- Day to day running of the office in Addis Ababa
- Leading a team of min 5 drivers and guides + office staff ( min 2)
- Liaising with clients and addressing any concerns
- Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
- Follow up the accounts and deal with the banks and pay the providers/suppliers
- Make sure the vehicles are always in good conditions and follow up the maintenance
- Be able to do the day-to-day office administration
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, controls and manages the overall activities of the department.
- Efficiently responding to and communicating with individuals, groups, tour operators of different countries, as well as locally who are looking for tour services.
- After conducting a thorough market research carefully prepares individual and group package tour and other service prices and from time-to-time revises same depending upon market condition, research and competitors’ analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive itinerary planning. Provide convenient, cost-effective interaction options
- Define service standard and service delivery charter for tour guides, accommodation and other value chain service providers
- Monitor contract and service level agreements with external service providers
- Oversee onsite visit and package design ideas for inspectional and study tours
- Monitor client services provided by suppliers, collect client feedback, compile and analyze information collected from clients, identify gaps, work with agents and suppliers to improve services
- In accordance with the existing international rules and regulations, responsibly sale and issue
- international and domestic air tickets for customers and monitor the performance of sales agents
- Execute plans and schedules to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Job Requirements:
- MBA/MA/ or Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics, Hotel and Tourism or related fields
Experience
- Eight /Ten years of total work Experience respectively, Out of it 2/4 years at managerial or supervisory level in Similar and related Business companies
