Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing and Communication Manager, accountable to the Business Development & Continuous Improvement Director , performs the function of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the activities of the marketing and communication Department; leads research and development activities both on the development of new products/services and improvement on the existing ones; follows up & facilitates efficacy tests for new as well as existing products/services; collects, examines and approves service requests; supervises income-generating activities; discharges commitments made in relation to sales; follows up the national & international trends on the academic services and advises management to take appropriate action as required; ensures, through market studies, that the quantity, quality and prices of the company’s services are consistent with customer demand and competitive with rivals; manages offer analyses for competitive sales; promotes the range of existing and new services the company offers guided by market feedback; evaluates the performance of the personnel under his supervision.
Reports to: Business Development & Continuous Improvement Director
Qualifications

BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Accounting and 6 years related work experience, of which 3 years as Manager/ division head or on other supervisory position (s).
