Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  •  Monitoring employee performance.
  •  Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  •  Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Active involvement in various employee retention strategies and devising rewards & recognition scheme and attrition analysis across the organization
  • Develop content and various training modules to incorporate functional and industry knowledge
  •  Efficient in Data analysis & interpretation for better decision making by the top management
  •  Interaction with employees to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements
  •  Attendance & leaves management, end-to-end handling of payroll process
  •  Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

Education and Experience:

  • B.A/M.A Degree in Human Resource Administration
  • 8 /More than Eight years, of those 5 years Managerial position, in Beverage sector

Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
