We are looking for a travel sales consultant to deliver a very high standard of customer service & sales of a range of travel product portfolios on offer. You will be required to interact with our clients and guide them toward picking the best products and services to suit all of their requirements. The successful candidate will build relationships and understand the needs of our clients while delivering a ‘high-touch’ service that saves clients time and drives down their total cost of operations.
Main responsibilities:
– Responsible for growing the sales pipeline and signing new customers for the Flocash hotels & travel agencies services.
– Contribute to the development of our value proposition through effective probing and understanding of the customers business model and competitive landscape.
– Coordinate closely with FloCash commercial, marketing and business development teams to drive the market development plan
– Coordinate with other departments such as Pre-sales consulting, Product Management and Marketing to secure alignment and support.
– Timely handover to delivery of all contracted engagements and oversee a smooth transition of new customer to account management.
Relevant Work Experience:
– Strong external sales skills, with a minimum of five years customer-facing sales experience required.
– Previous experience presenting formal presentations, complex proposals & negotiation skills.
– Solid understanding of travel industry in general and specifically of travel payments and distribution.
– Demonstrated experience in building and managing an effective pipeline of quality targets.
