Yegna home developed an interactive website for room booking, mobile applications and a local call center to meet the needs of local and international visitors in search of rooms from anywhere in the world across 24/7. Yegna home offers a Convenient, Secured, and Reliable hospitality and on demand room booking services (CSR) and aspire to create a Comfortable, Affordable and Safe Stay (CAS) for our local and international guests.
- Accountable: Yegna Home Country General Manager and the Group CEO based in united Sates of America
- Responsible for: Reception and property add of Yegna Home, preparation of Information Desk, Facilitation of Yegna Home internal and external marketing strategies, execute marketing plan.
- Overall, He/She is responsible for creating and implementing various Social Media marketing strategies, marketing campaigns and lead on creating demand for Yegna Home platform.
Position Summary
She/he is responsible for varied front-line roles that include sales, your responsibilities will include posting content on social media, designing graphic material, and attracting consumers via social media. To succeed as a Social Media Designer, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies, facilitation, client communication, and handling the internal and external Social Media marketing strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Devise effective contemporary, context specific marketing strategy to Yegna Home and ensures smooth implementations with cost effective budget.
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system
- Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications
- Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
- Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
- Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
- Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
Operational functions
- Define, set marketing targets and meet the Yegna Home marketing strategy
- Handle the customer service issues and concerns of Yegna Home customers.
- Proactively build and maintain strong internal and external relationships across departments and functions
- Ensure the provision of simple, clear, completed and focused information to the promotion and marketing team
- Identify customer needs and provide all relevant information about Yegna Home services to Yegna Home clients/Stakeholders that include hotels, resorts and any other interested vendors
Education/Qualifications
- BA degree in Marketing and designing
- Sound written and verbal communication skills,
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office & others, photoshop ,illustration, Animation, 3D)
- Knowledge and Understanding

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required,
- Ability to influence, motivate, and persuade others to increase customer focused service
Experience
- B.A with bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or Marketing
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- 2+ years’ experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
- Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
