THE HUB HOTEL has the following vacant posts in its hotel located in Bole Sub-city, Woreda 3, House Number 2443 along the road from Bole Medhanialem Church to MOENCO/Hayat Hospital.
Department: SALES, MARKETING AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Summary of the job: Directly supervising all front office personnel and ensuring proper completion of all front office duties. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Schedules shifts, trains and cross-trains front office team. Prepares monthly reports and budget for front office department.
Qualification Requirement:
- BA in Hotel Management, Front Office Supervision, and/or Marketing.
Experience Requirement:
- 4 plus years’ experience in Front Office Supervision and Management.
