Delta Research and consultancy is a private consulting firm founded in 2017 by a group of Ethiopian professionals and their associates with rich experience in practical research. Since its establishment, Delta Research have been engaging in numerous research studies. We assist organizations setting up baseline data program; surveys, and design, assessment of Monitoring and evaluation systems and providing insights geared towards implementation of market-driven and market driving strategies, hence unlocking their business potentials.
Duties and deliverables
- Collect data as per the protocol
- Properly conduct the mobile data collection/phone survey as per the protocol
- Communicate to his/her supervisor and office-based facilitator for any challenge encountered in the field.
- Send/upload/synchronize data on daily bases and ensure data completely sent to data website
- Produce summary reports on daily bases to their supervisors.
- Actively participate in daily debriefing and provide feedback to client on scheduled meetings.
Duration: Project-based.
Required number: 30 (thirty) for each Language speakers

Education and training
- BSC on nutrition, public health or related social fields from recognized universities.
Skills and attributes
- Must be flexible to accommodate the different scopes of work at different working hours.
- Must be humble, hardworking, and result oriented.
- Must be able to complete daily task competently.
- Must be able to adhere to codes of ethics of data collection
- Must be proficient in local languages in addition to Amharic and English
Language ability and skills
- Proficient in Af-Somali, Amharic and English(speaking, writing & reading)
- Proficient in Afan Oromo Amharic and English (speaking, writing & reading)
- Proficient in Afar Language, Amharic and English (speaking, writing & reading)
- Proficient in Tigrigna, Amharic and English (speaking, writing & reading)
- Proficient in Agnwa or Nuer Language, Amharic and English( speaking, writing & reading)
- Sidaamu Afoo or Wolaytatwa, Amharic and English (speaking, writing & reading)
