New Flower General Trading Plc has engaged in different business ventures of manufacturing, Import, and Export areas. Our company is looking for an Assistance Operation Manager who is going to take care of the tasks of operation. These include, but are not limited to the three-wheeler passengers market performance of the sales force, maintaining the supply chain of all operation areas, and the overall scheduled reporting of the different operational units and performance evaluation of the operations with their pre-settled goals, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Management
- 5 years in Operation areas of profit-oriented business firms
- Ability to develop plans and implement in a passionate manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Creative thinking to proactively bring new ideas
- Ability and willingness to travel to up countries.
- Willing to work and grow in the startup industry.
