Major responsibilities
The holder of this position is responsible for preparing customs declaration for import and export shipments and facilitating customs clearance process to meet the objectives of the company and is responsible for planning, organizing and reporting of customs clearance operations to assist customers with the necessary customs transactions.
Detail responsibilities of the job include:
- Check and validate the documents for customs procedure.
- Verify fulfillment of documents for customs procedure process and notify for client if documents are missed.
- Register and make tax assessment on customs system after receiving CPO from the client
- Notify duty to clients, and do a follow-up,
- Fill and submit VDD online.
- Reply to any Customs inquiry and resolve the issue exhaustively.
- Check and verify declaration works done by other staff.
- Provide support to staffs and client whenever required.
EDUCATION: Minimum BA degree in Logistics & supply chain management, Accounting or related field of study, from recognized university
EXPERIENCE: Minimum Two years of work experience
