The employee will be responsible to oversee the daily operations of one of the buildings including all the tenants and all other employees. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in business administration, management, real estate or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the field
  • Coordinating regular building maintenance, repairs and cleaning activities
  • Maintain and liaison with all tenants and ensure payments are made
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
