Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments, assist visitors and Control office environment.
  • Manage Petty cash and take care petty payments.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience

Education & Experience

  • College Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office management /Technical School diploma with Coc certificate level 4
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
