Job Summary

Our organization is looking for an organized, outgoing Admin Assistant Receptionist. One who will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative duties. These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, calendaring, handling incoming letters and preparing out going letters. You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies. Since you will be the first-person clients see as they walk through our door, we are looking for an individual who can maintain a professional appearance at all times.


  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Respond to emails
  • Managing incoming and outgoing letters
  • Manage mail correspondence
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Help maintain office calendar
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks
  • Manage inventory of office supplies
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • First degree
  • Administrative or clerical experience for at least one year
  • Experience with Quickbooks or other software is a plus
  • Computer and language proficiency
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skill and professional appearance
